Terms of Service

These Terms set out the basic matters — rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures — between Buxxy (the “Company”) and users in relation to the use of the website and related services (the “Services”).

• “Services” means all services the Company provides in connection with website design, hospital integration, ERP/CRM, AI solutions, and the like.
• “User” means anyone who uses the Services under these Terms.
• “Content” means all information — text, images, video, etc. — posted by the Company on the Services.

The Company posts the contents of these Terms so users can easily review them.

The Company may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by law. Amendments are announced before their effective date, stating the effective date and the reason. Users who do not agree to amended Terms may discontinue use and terminate the agreement.

The Company provides the following services.

• Planning and production of websites and web services
• Building and operating systems such as hospital integration, ERP, and CRM
• AI solutions and digital marketing–related services
• Other services determined by the Company

The Company may change the content, method, and hours of the Services, and will announce the reason and details in advance.

The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for unavoidable reasons such as maintenance, communication failures, or force majeure, and will make reasonable efforts to prevent harm to users.

The service agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms, applies to use the Services under the Company's procedures, and the Company accepts the application. Submitting information for inquiries or consultations is also deemed agreement to these Terms.

The Company endeavors to protect users' personal information in accordance with applicable law. Matters concerning the processing of personal information are governed by the separate Privacy Policy.

The Company complies with applicable law and these Terms and strives to provide stable, continuous services. It maintains the procedures necessary to handle users' legitimate opinions and complaints.

Users must not engage in the following.

• Stealing others' information or registering false information
• Intentionally interfering with the Company's operation of the Services
• Infringing the intellectual property or other rights of the Company or third parties
• Acts that violate applicable law or these Terms

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content within the Services belong to the Company. Users may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from it without the Company's prior written consent.

The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure, natural disasters, or reasons attributable to the user. Unless otherwise required by law, the Company is not liable in connection with the use of services provided free of charge.

Disputes relating to these Terms and the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any lawsuit is filed with the competent court in accordance with applicable procedures.

These Terms take effect on July 13, 2026.
