1. General
Buxxy (the “Company”) values users' personal information and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and other applicable laws.
This Privacy Policy explains, for users of the Company's services (website, inquiries, consultations, etc.), the purposes for which personal information is collected and used, and how it is protected.
2. Personal Information We Collect
The Company collects the following personal information to provide its services.
- When submitting an inquiry (required): name, email address, phone number, company name, inquiry content
- Automatically generated during service use: access IP, access time, service usage records, browser and device information, cookies
3. Purpose of Collection and Use
- Responding to inquiries and consultations; entering into and performing contracts
- Providing and operating services, identity verification, delivering notices
- Statistical analysis and quality management to improve services
4. Retention and Use Period
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, where retention is required by law, information is kept for the following periods.
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
- Records on payment and supply of goods: 5 years (same Act)
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (same Act)
- Website visit records (access logs): 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)
5. Provision to Third Parties
The Company does not use personal information beyond the scope stated in this Policy or provide it to third parties. Exceptions apply where the data subject has given prior consent, or where an investigative agency requests it in accordance with legal procedures.
6. Outsourcing of Processing
Where necessary for smooth service delivery, the Company may outsource personal information processing. In such cases, the trustee and the scope of outsourced work are disclosed through this Policy, and appropriate safeguards are stipulated in the outsourcing agreement.
7. Rights of Data Subjects
Data subjects may at any time request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of their personal information. Requests can be sent to info@buxxy.ai, and the Company will take necessary action without delay.
8. Destruction of Personal Information
Personal information whose retention period has elapsed or whose purpose has been achieved is destroyed in an unrecoverable manner. Electronic files are technically deleted beyond recovery, and printed materials are shredded or incinerated.
9. Security Measures
- Administrative: establishing and implementing an internal management plan; minimizing and training staff who handle data
- Technical: access-rights management, access-log retention, encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- Physical: access control and other necessary protective measures
10. Cookies
The Company may use cookies to provide personalized services. Users can refuse cookie storage through their browser settings, in which case some services may be limited.

The Company designates a data protection officer who oversees personal information processing and handles related inquiries and complaints.
